Tony was dumped and stayed there waiting for two days before being hit by a car. He needs surgery on both back legs.
He has multiple ligaments damaged so he needs a surgery call Extracapsular Lateral Suture Stabilization (ELSS). His blood tests came back perfect and he is heartworm negative. The vet says he will be pain free and have good quality of life. He is a very sweet boy and only about 5 years old.
He deserves a chance at a good life. Together we can show Tony that there are still good people in the world.

Happy Hearts Animal Rescue is a NO KILL animal shelter. The only time we consider euthanizing an animal is when there is no quality of life for the animal or an aggression issue that cannot be resolved through training.
